Return And Exchange Policy

First off, I just want to apologize for whatever reason brings you on this page, hopefully you’re on this page to get info on our policy before purchasing, but if you had an issue we want to help! When you purchase something and have an issue rather it be a sizing issue or you simply don’t love it, we want to fix the issue to and make you happy! We understand how excited you are to get your package and that excitement quickly turns into disappointment when your item doesn’t work out, but we got your back!

Messege To Our Customers. We are a brand-new small business, We also want to take this time to thank you for purchasing from a small family owned company. Your purchases put food on the table for our employees and creates jobs for local contractors as we manufacture in the USA.


Here's the steps for your Free exchange

  1. Exchange policy is valid only 15 days after receiving item
  2. Please email your order confirmation number along with a brief description of your issue with photos if necessary
  3. When we receive your email, We will send you a return label you will then ship your items back to our office with a note including your order number and contact info.
  4. You will then receive a discount code to replace your issue, so you can order your new item right away.
  5. You will receive your replacement and be super-duper happy, you then will take cute pics and post on your Instagram, we will shout you out for being a part of the Presley girl team!


Here's the steps for your refund 

  1. Refund policy is valid only 15 days after receiving item
  2. you will email us with your order number in the subject line and an explanation of the issues you've had with your order
  3. You will ship the item(s) back to our office (address below) We do not cover shipping cost if you would like a refund. You must send us the tracking number for your refund. ( We do this to protect you. Proof you have sent the items back) 
  4. Refunds will take place once the item(s) have been received and inspected (Read the No No's list below) Refund will go back to original payment method. We do not refund shipping cost as that is directly paid via shipping method. 
  5. Clearance and Mask are FINAL SALE.


We will not accept your exchange or Refund you if:


  1. You have washed your item before sending
  2. If your item has wear and tear
  3. If you created your own damage to the item
  4. If you reach out 15 days past the policy date
  5. If there is no order confirmation attached to the item
  6. If items have any type of oder ( body oder, cigarets etc)
